Where's your church? The truthful answer is, for easily the largest amount of their waking time, City Life Church are scattered throughout Cambridge in places of work.
Everyone has heard that church is not a building but a group of people. Take it a step further. Church is not just that group of people gathered together for a meeting. Church is those people whatever they do, wherever they are.
So City Life Church meet in a Website Design company's office. They are found in Law Courts, in school classrooms, and in homes working diligently bringing up children. This church is on the Science Park, in Libraries, and working in the Media.
Because our relationship with God is not a leisure time activity - in other words spiritual things do not only exist outside of 'work' time - we recognise the need to be church wherever we are. We want to support people in their ministry at work (because that's what it is), and show them that their work matters to God.
