      Ania Anderson

A life-changing Jesus encounter in 1985 saw Ania devote her life to Him and seeing others changed. A maths teacher from Przemysl, Poland, she is called to return to plant church in Warsaw. She came here in 1992 to train with Tim, God called them together, and she committed to planting CLC. Her current focus is kids Ola, Max and Toby, as well as contributing to discipleship, the town cells, and behind the scenes leadership. Ania's wisdom, prophetic challenges, foresight and attention to detail are indispensible. She loves travelling, good music, food and wine, and sport, especially handball and football.

     Tim Anderson

Tim grew up locally, training under Simon Matthews (HCC). CLC was born out of the vision God gave him, planting from scratch in 1993 with just 2 others. He has continued to lead church and oversight team with a pioneering spirit, passionate heart for God, encouraging love for people and a radical, real approach to what church should be. Called to start and encourage churches in the UK and across Europe, and married to Ania, they live in Arbury with 3 children. Committed to his community, Tim has an eye on Warsaw, likes sketching, appreciates graffiti art, and loves continental driving.

         Kevin Cade

Kevin is a family man, passionate about fathering, loving his wife Lucy and his three boys.  A Texan who became a Christian in the army, he came to Cambridge in 1994 to support Tim in the raw CLC plant. He works on computers for a living, and brings stability, encouragement, pastoral concern and balance as a solid pillar of the team. Kevin is a ready helping hand, and an invaluable resource of practical advice and listening. He loves taking pictures and videos, and makes a mean Mexican.
