Vision, values and principles


Vision

Members of our set up teams share a common vision:

  1. Our set up will be well run to create a seamless platform for CLC's meetings to express the values of the church easily.
  2. Our teams will be responsible and unflappable!
  3. We aim to get everyone in the church onto at least one team (more people working more efficiently less of the time).

Values

The core values for how we work as set up teams are:
  1. Grateful attitude  it is a privelege to serve God and the church in this way
  2. Vision  we are working towards a common aim
  3. Worship  our service is worship as we do the best we can
  4. Relationships  achieving the vision together in encouraging teams

Principles

The important principles in how we conduct ourselves are:
  1. Responsibility  taking responsibility for our part instead of blaming others
  2. Agreements  communicating, honouring and keeping our agreements with each other
  3. Satisfaction  when at work, going for the vision above personal preference or feeling
