PUSH Publishing is a brand new publishing company committed to making theology relevant and accessible for everyone.

PUSH offers refreshingly clear, insightful and accessible Christian thought and perspective in response to the growing spiritual thirst in our increasingly uncertain and depersonalised culture.

By tackling the major issues and concerns facing modern society with a fresh and radical approach, and not shying away from controversial subjects, PUSH aims to once again open theology up to public debate in order to counteract apathy, ignorance and discrimination.

By engaging with current thought, listening to contemporary opinion and encouraging free and healthy debate PUSH offers positive and effective 21st Century 24/7 theology for the mind, heart and spirit.

In our first publication, “Suffering and the Love of God: The Book of Job”, Roger Forster explores the questions of why bad things happen to good people and where is God when people are suffering. In this incisive and inspiring look at the book of Job, Roger Forster investigates why we suffer and how we should respond.

PUSH publishing is a division of Gateway Media, a social enterprise initiated in 2005 by the Tower Hamlets based charity City Gateway. In addition to being a high quality creative service provider Gateway Media’s social mission is to help relieve poverty and unemployment in the east end of London by creating both training and employment opportunities and acting as an outlet for undiscovered talent and creativity.
